Heard rumors of our amazing hot sauces? Already tried some and looking to get more? Or maybe just trying to find out more information about what we do here. Either way, welcome and we hope you find what you are looking for. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the hot sauce for sale through our website, but it is something we are considering for the future.
For now, here are a couple of FAQ’s and descriptions of some of our top hot sauces.
FAQ’s
How hot are your sauces?
Our hot sauces range from mild to hot and are labeled appropriately. Most of the mild have virtually no kick while the hot ones should be used with caution. With all of our sauces, test out a small drop to see how you fare. We always try to find the perfect blend between flavor and heat when we craft-make our sauces.
Why do you make a mild sauce?
Only because we’ve been asked to do so. It turns out some people don’t like adding pain to their food, but they love the flavor profile of our sauces. So we’ve assembled a collection of mild sauces that we label “hotter than an unlit torch”. There are hot peppers in them, but they are drastically scaled down from our main line of sauces.
Are your sauces shelf stable?
All of our hot sauces are brought to a boil before bottling and have a pH range between 2.0 and 3.0. This is well below the standard pH 4.6 level and bacteria have a very hard time growing in that level of acidity. So from everything that I can find, they are fully shelf stable.
Our Sauces (Hottest to Mildest)
Flaming Luau (Hot) – This pineapple based hot sauce is the most popular of our offerings. It has a sweet, fruity profile paired with a strong heat that makes for an irresistible combination. This is made from the hottest peppers around, Carolina Reapers. This makes for a great wing sauce, goes great on pizza, pork, chicken, and shrimp.
Smoky Habanero (Hot) – Take the fruitiness of the habanero pepper and round it out with some smoked paprika for a sauce that brings a bold flavor to your favorite dish. Absolutely fantastic in chili, on hot dogs, mixed in with BBQ sauce.
Sweet Georgia Fire (Hot) – Made with fresh peaches from Georgia and paired with habaneros straight from the garden. This brings a sweet heat that highlights the flavors of both in a unique way. This makes a great wing sauce, goes great with BBQ, on pork, chicken, and tacos.
Carolina Christmas (Hot) – Made with fresh cranberries and Carolina reapers, it brings the flavor of Christmas with a good heat to any meal. This one pairs perfectly with turkey, dressing, and makes a fantastic wing sauce to add holiday flare.
Chili Lime (Medium) – This sauce combines the heat of cayenne peppers with a punch of lime to bring a delicious zest to any dish. It’s got strong heat but brings a strong flavor profile that goes great with anything that needs a citrus-kick. This goes perfect with almost all Mexican food, but also goes great with seafood, gumbo, and almost any other meat served with rice.
Jalapeno Torture (Medium) – This sauce carries the flavor and heat from the jalepeno with a touch of garlic to round out the flavor. Okay, we may have added in a little kick from some stronger peppers to get the heat profile up, but made sure not to lose the distinctive flavor. This hot sauce pairs perfectly with eggs for breakfast, chili, spaghetti, Mexican food, and any meat.
Jalapeno Spice (Mild) – We managed to keep the flavor of the jalapeno, but took out 95% of the heat. Want to add some extra flavor to your chili or other dish without increasing the heat level? This is the way to go. This hot sauce pairs perfectly with eggs for breakfast, chili, spaghetti, Mexican food, and any meat.
Pineapple Delight (Mild) – All the flavor of Flaming Luau but without the heat. It is still made with ghost peppers… well, there’s one half ghost pepper per 6 bottles. All the flavor of the flaming luau, but without the kick. This makes for a great wing sauce, goes great on pizza, pork, chicken, and shrimp.
